We provide AI receptionist, automated follow-up, and lead recovery services for HVAC companies. The specific deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or proposal agreed by both parties before work begins.

2. No guarantees

We do not guarantee a specific number of booked jobs, recovered leads, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including seasonal demand, your pricing and service area, crew availability, and customer behavior. We report honestly and work to improve performance over time.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your services, service area, pricing, and goals.
• Give timely feedback and access needed for us to perform the work.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, data protection, and telemarketing regulations.
• Ensure you have the right to use any data, lists, or branding materials you provide to us.

4. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, customer data, and campaign details confidential and do not share them with unrelated third parties. You agree to keep our methodologies, messaging, and pricing confidential as well.

5. Payments and refunds

Fees are set in the agreed proposal. Recurring fees are typically billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for work already performed, but we will work in good faith to resolve any concerns.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice as specified in the proposal. You remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. Upon termination, you retain ownership of the assets, lists, and playbooks we built for you.

8. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not use our contact form or other communication channels to send spam, malware, or abusive content. We reserve the right to block misuse.
